About Me
The path toward healing and self-discovery is unique to each individual. In our work, we will create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your experiences, process emotions, and discover the resilience within you.
Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Systems, Mindfulness, and various somatic approaches informed by the Polyvagal Theory, I will guide you toward greater self-awareness, acceptance, and purpose.
The Human capacity to heal and grow continues to amaze me. My greatest joy as a clinician is participating in the healing process and the honor of bearing witness to the possibility that results at the precipice of self-awareness and acceptance.
I will listen, ask questions, and give you the space to sit with feelings you may never have had the opportunity or allowed yourself to experience. We will understand the story of you and why you suffer. Finally, we will develop strategies and tools to allow for a life that feels connected, authentic, and true.
To struggle is a human experience but it does not have to be a lonely one.
